Founder of SALT

I've always been passionate about fitness, but motherhood deepened my desire to strengthen my faith and connect with others on the same journey. As a mom of three (and a dog!), and a wife to a supportive husband, I felt called to create SALT—a brand that unites faith, fitness, and community.

Through movement, I’ve found strength and clarity. Through motherhood, I’ve found faith and connection. SALT was born from a desire to bring these together—to inspire others to be the salt, be the light.

I hope SALT encourages you to stay bold in your faith and fitness, committed to growth, while creating meaningful conversations that keep us salty.
